My illness has been getting to me a bit lately in a sort of mental way…. so pushing that mindset away has been difficult BUT think its gone and now back to whatever normal is for me!
In sewing I am going right “back to basics” with making muslins for garments I want to make and wear over and over, nothing fancy but what suits me and my other half. Trying to get into the swing of sewing always begins with a lovely long trawl through favourite blogs. Fitting is a big issue f.or someone of my size and shape, just under 5 feet and curvy in a lot of places I dont want to! So this great post on Free Notion really made me think about my attitude to my shape and felt I just have to share it:
